1. Architectural design:

•  Design concept and sketch projects

•  Create space and layout designs with consideration of all valid standards

•  Draft designs according to requirements of SPDS (Construction  design and estimate documentation)  and ESKD (Unified design documentation system)

2. Projecting of internal utility systems:

• Projecting of water supply systems

• Projecting of sewer systems and water course systems

• Projecting of ventilation systems

• Projecting of electricity systems

3. Design of construction documentation for major repair:

• Design of engineering drawings according to standards of SPDS (Construction  design and estimate documentation)  and ESKD (Unified design documentation system)

• Design program of works (PPR) and construction management plan (POS) including bills of materials and quantities, and calendars as well.

4. Functions of chief designer:

• Generate design task

• Approve sections and volumes of works, design timeframes and costs with the customer

• Organize and hold a tender to perform project and survey works, contracts execution

• Coordinate performance of subcontractors and approve project decisions 

• Provide compatibility of project decisions with project task

• Accept and select prepared project documentation

• Approve confirmed project documentation with state bodies

5. Design special sections in project documentation:

• Design organization process

• Design environmental protection process

• Prepare environmental impact statement

• Design cost estimating documentation

6. Approval of documentation in state bodies and operational bodies:

• Approve feasibility study of the project (or investment project)

• Approve project documentation

• Approve individual sections of project
